Morning All

It's time for our weekly check in how's your week gone? Check in if you have the time.


I am struggling with back pain at the moment I have a sharp pain in my middle back and the pain is shooting down to my tailbone so it's painful sitting. I am fighting the urge to google my symptoms and have managed to do this but man it's hard to resist the pull of Dr Google.

I left a question on one of your weekly check in threads. It was about your back.
Do you wear a back support belt? I used to suffer from horrible back pain and I still do because of my horrible chair. I wear a back support belt sometimes...and it does alleviate the pain. And I also was wondering...does your chair have good back support? My chair is horrible and I have to look for a good one...I have a few in mind.

Thanks for your response how are you today?

I do wear a back support some times but I don't like waring it which is a shame as it does help ease the pain a little. The reason I don't ware it is because I have a lot of sensory issues due to having Aspergers and I don't like anything pressing on my skin.

I see Hibee. Maybe you can find a good chair? Or you probably have a good one already.

I'm not doing well...the heat is killing me. But I'm trying to eat well and exercise...when I have time. Have a lot on my list this month. Good that I have things to keep myself busy.

Good morning. I have a very busy day ahead.

Physical therapy, and then a pre-op appointment with my gyno. Hopefully, I'll have a surgery date scheduled, and get a good idea of what to expect.
