I also recommend it. I would say that it is geared maybe a little more towards depression and what they call 'warpy thouthts'...which are basically misconceptions and perceiving things in a negative light...
...but this of course is at the root of a lot of anxiety as well, so very appropriate for anxiety management in the long term.
I did not complete the program, as I had already completed two rounds of CBT in private therapy...but did enough so that I could get the basic idea...and be able to recommend it.:)
Give it a go and see what you think!
