It sounds as if your anxiety challenges have morphed into worry about
your physical state...or as it is commonly referred to now, health anxiety.
The good new this is treatable...and I encourage you to get started in this process as soon as possible.
Step one is to STOP symptom searching the internet. No one ever feels better or relief after doing so! It either leaves you with more aswers than you started with...or it scare you witless!
Instead of doing this...please spend your time and energy going through this material instead. It is effective self help for health anxiety.

Also, when and if you can...please seek professional help for CBT treatment of your anxiety. This form of therapy is very successful for treating what you are going though.
