I increased my med. and I still don't feel better. I'm crying a lot. I don't feel like I'm in my body. I feel extra tired that all I want to do is sleep. Grrrrr. What's wrong with me???? When will the increase kick in?

Bam,

What does your prescribing doctor say?

You have just now increased to what is considered a therapeutic dose for some...

...and some people just really need that full 6-8 weeks for results...

...so if it's been recommended that you hang in there with it, do your best.

How are you doing with your coping skills? Any success at all with them?

I Been ok no huge panic attacks just hate the way my body feels. Jittery, find it hard to breath been crying on and off I don't feel like a I have a clear head. havent seen my Dr. Yet. Will make an appt tomorrow and see when she can see me. I just thought by now I would be good. I hate this :(. Missing out on my children that's what kills the most. I can't do much like this with them.
