So I ended up going for a walk with my friends. While I was walking I was getting bad palpatations every couple of minutes very uncomfortable was hard to swallow had to stop twice walking to take a break. I ended up saying I'm so sorry I have to turn around and go home. I never had them that bad. I had my heart checked out everything ok per drs I even wore a 32 day hoilter monitor just showed sinus tachycardia. I got home took a half Xanax. Herat was racing to 140 it slowed down. Then I got up had the runs laid back down then when I get up my Herat races again the palps stopped then I would get one or two more very upsetting. I don't want to have to go to the er.

PK.,
Sounds like you are just experiencing panic...and your heart is reacting to the adrenaline rush that is the result.
Use your coping skills to quiet your mind and body...
We have a good meditation for help with physical symptoms in our Resources...have you tried it?

I did last nite they finally went away I hate palpatations it feels like my heart skips not to mention the fast heart rate to tag along with it. All I was doing was walking. It's a very uneasy feeling when ur heart like double beats or skips a beat every couple of minutes. I'm ok today and slept good last nite bc I took to half Xanax basically one whole and calmed myself. Just very stressful for me.

PK,
I know...it is no fun, that is for sure...
...but focus on the good news...that you are feeling better! May this continue! :)
Peace and calm be yours throughout today! :(
