Thanks for your friendly acceptance. I saw the resourses. You are doing a great job.
Of course, I'm using many coping skills. But I'll share with you the skill which help me much.
When i wake up in the morning and the anxiety slowly coming, I say it.
"Oh No! I just have one life and it is so short! Go away! I have no time to deal with you and I'm not afraid of you! I want to be happy, not sad and nervous! Bye."
P.S. I forgot to say that when I'm far from home for days I take with me one pill of atarax for emergency cases. For 20 years, I used it just twice...
