None of these meds are working!!

I quit smoking in March of this year and used the nicotine patch and did OK and then just quit them cold turkey a couple of months ago and noticed the anxiety increase then and now that my anxiety is even worse now.I put on a 7 mg patch today and the difference is amazing,I have been reading about people with anxiety disorders have a much harder time quitting than people who don't.Nicotine releases dopa mine and serotonin, I never knew that I guess nicotine is an anti depressant? Sorry my writing isn't very good today.

Hi bam, you're silly lol
I started the buspar and they make my anxiety worse,the doc wouldn't give me anything to get me through until the meds kick in she said they are too addictive, so I resorted to the patch,they are helping some to take the edge off. I still feel some anxiety and this crazy burning sensation under my skin but not as bad.

No just the patch for now.
