I am sorry you are going through such as rough time currently.:(
Sometimes we need to push ourselves outside beyone what we think can do...
...and other times, it is wise to take time to give ourselves rest as you are doing now.
Only you know where that line is for you, so listening to your body and mind...and knowing your limits is good self advocating.
One recommendation I would make while you are home, is to be proactive in finding new ways of managing your anxiety.
Picking up some new coping skills, and putting them into practice is a smart move.:)
You have just found, and set up therapy, yes? Great work! This is fantastic, and going to help you soon...but until then, put our Resource tools to work to get a jump start.
I hope that you are feeling stronger soon, and feeling ready to return to work when you are ready.
