First of all...well done in recognizing and identifying the things you want to improve upon! This is a huge part of making the desired changes right there.:)
For the exercise...finding a way to keep accountable can help. You can find a walking buddy, so it is not as easy to skip days...or make a chart as a visual reminder. You can event journal about it here. All these things will make keeping your goals more necessary since the participation/results are tangible.
For getting out of your head and managing worry...have you tried the therapy worksheets from our Resources? They are key for combating worrisome thought patterns. Give them a try and see how they help.:) (let me know if you need the direct link)
