Knot in my throat

First and foremost, I want to thank all you guys that respond to my topics and concerns and help me out. It means a lot to me and I know it means a lot to everyone else that you guys take time out of your busy schedules to help others feel better and to assure them they have help. Thank you for that 😊

Now for my problem.. This throat thing is really starting to drive me nuts. It's always there. Sometimes I forget about it, other times it feels like my throat is closed but I still breathe and swallow. Today has been the worst!! Feels like that knot you get right before you cry and mannnn its so annoying and frustrating!!!! 😡

I got a headache from it and took some ibuprofen. Hopefully that helps. I'm thinking about going to the urgent care clinic by my job just to make sure something isn't actually wrong with my throat... I just had to get this out. Sorry for the rant, thanks for listening
