Was supposed to be meeting a friend this afternoon but he has no-showed on me without telling me. Previously this would have sent me in a tailspin but I've just rolled with it. Relaxing with a nice cider before I head back home.

...and your company would be awesome as well. I would say it is your friend's loss.

I know it had nothing to do with you...and that he had something come up, or made an honest mistake in overlooking your meeting...

...so it is good that you are not internalzing things, well done!

I have been on both ends of this scenario before...and gone on to either make amends, or forgive.:)
