This is to the older women here. When you started going into menopause did you not only sweat but also get chilled? I go quickly from sweating to freezing all day. It is making my HA worst cause I don't know if I'm normal.

Hi Deborah, I had my last period about
2 years ago....coincidentally that's when my severe anxiety and panic attacks kicked in! To specifically answer your question about
sweat and chills....yes!!! Many times I wake up hot and sweaty, throw off the covers and a minute later I'm shivering! The change in hormones makes it difficult to regulate our body temps....add in our anxious nature and ta da....panic and anxiety.

They say eventually your hormones stabilize. I've been waiting 2 years for that lol!! I have a fan and a heater at my desk.... I'm constantly turning one on and another off and vise versa. The joy of menopause!😜
