I am really sorry to hear about
your recent flare.
This is really hard, I know...but does happen to us all, so know you are not alone...and that we truly do understand.
I encourage you to keep going with your therapy. When is your next session...and can you increase your visits temporarily? Say to every week if possible, just until you get your management brought around again to where you want to be?
How about
self help? What if anything have you found to be the most helpful? Can you up your efforts there at all? How about
some new material...
