I have been back home from vacation for a week today. Still struggling but trying so hard to keep on keeping on. I havent been eating much. Like 1 or 2 small meals a day. I've gotten a bit queasy a couple times after eating but it passed quickly and I was fine. I just had a little bit of wine and got queasy again for a couple minutes then it went away. This anxiety can go away any time now....

...focus on the progress...even though you may not feel completely all there yet...
...it is getting better, and you'll continue to get back to where you need to be.:)
Peace and progress!

Yes, focus on the positive. I know it's tough, and I hate feeling queasy, but you are eating, and that is good.
You will get there.
