I got a sharp pain in my ribs right under my right breast 2 times in a row, most normal people would of been like "ow! Son of a bleep!" I'm over here "ow! Son of a bleep, oh god, I've got to google that and see what could cause it!"

For the last two months I've been sore all over, went from costochondritis to possibly Fibromyalgia, and I recently found that it can present itself in hypothyroidism which I'm waiting on a follow up to see my doctor about my TSH levels being high.

You'd think after being sore all this time, I'd learn to freaking chill right!?

WRONG!

I've been dizzy on and off for the last two days, probably due to my shallow breathing because of my throat feeling swollen.

Again, panicking!

It's getting humid here in western, NY. That NEVER helps my joints lately! And again, still panicking!

I feel like I did back in march when all of this started,
When my throat felt closed up 3 days ago, I started getting palpitations very frequently, I ended up in the ED.

Awww, you're not crazy, it's part of the anxiety condition. We are over sensitive, and usually also know when something is wrong with our body. It took me three years to get three different diagnoses.... It sucks not feeling well or having pain and nobody believing you, and going to doctors and waiting on tests. And I don't know about you, but once I get fixated on something, pain or a thought, it drags on forever and I obsess about it....also part of the condition ;-( Usually I know it's serious if I go to the ER, so if you don't feel the need to do that, maybe you can relax a little? But you are not crazy, I assure you ;-)

I get palpitations so with my heart feeling shaky that's what sent me to the ER. tonight I'm sure it's a nerve, when I bend down I get in near my ribs but in the center of my chest, well, not direct center, down lower.

I'm also having problems keeping my GERD under control,
Just started a new medication and waiting on doctor for a referral for a gastroenteroligist..

I just need to relax....

Hi

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time at the moment.

Do your best to not google your symptoms as this will only make your anxiety worse but instead double up on any coping skills you have to help with anxiety.

I hope you get some definite answers soon.

I have gotten that same pain your describing many times. I think it's a muscle cause nothing has ever come of it, and I have had it on and off for years. When I did google it, it seems many women get it. Could also be trapped gas.
