Had tests on Saturday, x rays and blood work. I've been keeping really busy to keep my mind off of it but as Sunday winds down and Monday looms.....my mood and spirits are quickly sinking:(. As always I'm thinking the worst......

BWB,
I think you are going to find that whatever is causing your symptoms...is something very common and treatable. Try to think of this as a postive step toward getting the relief you need...rather than something you need to fear.
If you can't shake the worrisome thoughts...try saying:
"It's not time to worry about
that now."
...because it's not! As far as you know, your results are going to show nothing to be scared about
.
Stay distracted and put the results out of your mind until it is time to review them with your doctor.
Keep us posted, and we will keep you encouraged.:)

Hi Beth
I know how you feel I hate waiting for test results.
I think keeping yourself busy is a good idea and as SC mentioned if they do find something it will be treatable.
I have bad health anxiety so when ever I start to worry about
my health I just tell myself it's my health anxiety making me feel this way which seems to help.
