Cypralex. Took 2 pils my mistake

I am starting 2 round on cypralex. Feeling terrible with some times during the day feeling ok....butYikes!!! I think i took 2 pils of cypralex(20 mg) this morning by mistake!!!! I take a whole bunch of vitamins in the morning and i think by mistake i took 2 of the meds. Feel absoltely awful. Dazed. Dizzy. Doomsday thoughts. Helpless. Like me head is in a vice. Should i take 20 tomorrow or does this count for 2?

Hi Raphael.

I have made that same mistake many times so I now separate my pills in a pill box so I don't get mixed up you should be fine bit if you get any worrying symptoms it may be worth well getting checked by your doctor.

Take your normal 10mg dose tomorrow at your usual time don't take 20mg again unless prescribed by your doctor.

With the Almighty's grace made it through the day. Feeling better now. Fealt terrible a few hours ago and met a friend that havent seen in 10 years. Got into a interesting conversation. And while i still fealt zapped it helped.
