I completed a project about
a week ago...and I was exhausted for a few days. I had a lot of extra time and at first I thought 'thank goodness...I can relax now' but I realized that I do much better when I am busy and can keep my mind off of negative things! I'm trying my best now to distract myself from the negative thoughts and feelings of self-doubt. It's been difficult. On top of that, I have my horrible period cramps. Anyone else?

I always feel better when I'm busy too. You inspired me to get busy myself. I think I will change my bedroom around, I have been wanting to.

My bedroom is definitely in need of a deep, deep cleaning and I'm going to undertake that project tomorrow on my day off!

Mel,
Good job on completing your project!
I too like to stay busy, and like the feeling of accomplishment that goes along with getting things done...
...but also remind myself the importance of down/ quiet time.:)
Hope you have a good rest of the long weekend!
