I feel like this a lot, sometimes it helps me to think, what would I do now if I felt fine and happy, and I think of things like play video games, play piano etc. Then I either choose one I feel like doing, or randomly, and just do it anyway even if I'm not into it, just as an experiment I tell myself. Sometimes I'm just bored but occasionally I actually feel better after doing it and its good to remember those times next time you're feeling down and bored.
