ugh!! one of those days!!

As most of you know, I went and seen a cardiologist tuesday, which so happy I did!! I've been wanting a referral to go see one! He told me I DON'T have Mitral Valve Prolapse, my holter didn't have a single pvc/pac, no abnormality at all the whole 24 hours!

Then lastnight, I have a dream I had to have an angiogram,
and today I'm just all sorts of messed up...
Can't stop thinking about the dream.

IT WAS A DREAM!
Why in the world can't I stop thinking about it!?

A trained professional told me everything was ok!

This is when I use my positive mantras. I tell myself, You are a logical, educated person. A professional has tested you, and told you things are fine. Don't let a dream soak up your happiness.

I know it can be tough to listen to yourself, but keep saying it over and over until you believe it.

I had a dream I was attacked by a 6 foot skunk. Really I'm not kidding. That was a week ago, it hasn't happened as of yet.

As the day goes on, the dream will hold less and less power over your mood.

Dreams can be really influencial on how we feel the next day! It can really set a tone, and be tough to shake at first...

...but it will fade bit by bit.:)

Think fo this as your last hurdle regarding your heart fear. You realized cognitively at your appointment that all was well...

...and this was your subconscious purging the rest of the worries from your system!
