Hi DS,
I am not sure if I saw your previous post...so bear with me if I repeat anything posted previously.
First of all, have you consulted with a dermatologist? Some rashes are simply caused by heat, moisture or friction...common to the area you are experiencing yours.
However, there are others that require medication, such as fungul, yeast or bacterial rashes. Everyone has some amount of these things living on the skin surface...but when there is a break in the skin, the micro organisms get in causing symptoms/rashes.
Only a doctor could tell for sure what you are dealing with of course.
For now, I would assume it is a heat/moisture/friction issue and wear only non underwire cotton bras, (sports bra?) and keep everything as clean and dry as possible...
...and make an appointment with a derm to determine a course of treatment.
Hoping you get your answers soon!
