Sorry you are experiencing this currently.
For me, breathing exercises almost always corrects dizziness.
You have done well in exercising and drinking water...keep that up, and add in some deep, slow breathing, and hopefully this will take care of this symptom.:)
(If you are congested, the dizziness could be due to your equilibrium being affected due to your ears...a decongestant or allergy med may help)
