Sounds like you are phsyically tired, and the anxiety is being opportunistic.
The last couple of weeks have been pretty intense at work, right?
Then taking care of a little one...interrupted sleep and all...
...it adds up!
I think after some rest and decompressing with coping skills, you will be back to feeling your best again.
Prioritize your 'you' time this week! :)
