Memory issues

Having lots of memory issues ...lately,can't even log in,my typing is weird,having vision issues as well.

Is this my anxiety or I m worrying too much..sleep issues as well,,can't sleep even with sleep aids ...since past Week or so..

Xanax and Ativan not helping...

I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time currently.:(

Anxiety and lack of sleep can have profound effects on cognitive function!

When can you talk to your doctor/P-doc/therapist about a new strategy for your treatment plan?

Are you able to do your coping skills at this time? It will help!

Hi Cilly

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time.

As SC mentioned above anxiety and lack of sleep really can have a big impact on cognitive function so you need to double up on your self help skills.
