Having the worst cramps at work right now and despite taking Ibuprofen , the pain is still excruciating. I have to be here for another six hours, and have to wait another two before taking more pain medication. My period makes me feel awful-- nauseous, tired, dizzy and off balance. The pain certainly isn't helping!

No fun! Here's some things that help...for me anyway...

Ditching tampons unless I absolutely have to use them. Pads reduce cramping discomfort for me.

Heating pad...or a thermal patch if you are on the go.

Keep moving...exercise, though seemingly the last thing you want to do, really helps.

Hope you can get through the rest of the day without too much discomfort!

Funny you say that about the tampons thing, I do the same when I'm cramping really badly! Trying to keep moving as much as possible. Thanks for the support!!

Have you tried the Seed Cycle? My natural doctor recommended it to me to regulate periods. She said it should also help with pms symptoms, even eliminating them. Maybe it could help you. You can google "Seed Cycling to Balance Hormones Naturally."
