I often get that in my Chest/Shoulders. Anxiety has MANY symptoms! so it may just be an anxiety symptom.
if you've got digestive problems, that may be it too, it causes pain in the stomach, chest and back also.
Maybe try some heat, i.e, a heating pad. That's what I use, and it works. then again, everyone Is different! If heat doesn't work, maybe an ice pack?
and if all else fails, Go to an Urgent Care and just tell them you have no idea what's causing it.
Hopefully they can help.
It may just be that you're tense, even without knowing it ( my problem ), and that's where you end up holding all of your tension.
