I am sorry you are feeling down and worried.
With the hours you've been working, I am sure you are fatigued...and this can be a 'foot in the door' for anxiety!
Also, you have been worried about your dad, and naturally that is going to factor in.
Keep up with the coping skills. ..and try a catch up on some rest this weekend!
Know that ups and downs are normal and expected. It doesn't mean you are back at square one...
...just pick up where you left off, get back on track...and keep going! :)
