Anxiety again then again

Ok so i had anxiety from GERD, And now from both tooth throbbing and cold prickly fingers both hands or is the cold prickly fingers the anxiety .? Cold is gone now but prickly still there in both hands.I mean fingers. o yea took a half xanax to help. Should i take it for a week or just if i feel bad...?

How was your Xanax persrcribed? Usually it is taken on an as needed basis. In other words. ..if you have relief from taking your dose tonight, then you don't need to take anymore...until the need for another.

The tingling you describe could be paresthesia. This is a common effect of anxious over-breathing.

Practicing breathing exercises could help you get relief. We have directions for some good ones in our Resources.

Well thanks, got up this morning feeling ok ate some cereal got nausea, went for walk got worse head started feeling weird cloudy took a xanax pill been 25 min still feel nausea.
