Lexapro update

Hey guys been doing good with lexapro for the last 2.5 months at 10 mg. But lately ive had a colitis flare and had to take prednisone at 50mg.
Im now noticing when i take my lexapro the next hour i get lightheaded, brain fog and finding it hard to focus, sore eyes all of a sudden like ive been hit by a tranquilliser and need to take time out and lay down and let it pass., i then get my focus and sharpness back. . But when im at work i simply cant lay down.

Guys is this normal at all to happen?

I don't have an answer regarding your concern...I agree with Hibee that you should ask your doctor about this...and maybe discuss switching your dosing time.

However, I did want to wish you well...and let you know I am sending healing wishes that you pull out of your flare soon!

Also, I am pleased to hear your anxiety management is going well...may it continue!
