I can get here no problem sometimes, boy I really need you all. Since they increased my Prozac 5 weeks ago I have been having a terrible time. Head pressure is the worst and making me not want to leave the couch. I have an appointment with pdoc today and I want to go back to my normal dosage. I looked back in my journals and noticed that twice I had the same dosage increase and the same things happened. Hopefully I can get this pc problem under control, I don't understand because it's brand new.

I wanted to add that I didn't take my Prozac for two days trying to get the increase down alittle. I also have actually been taking the lorazaphan because it has been that bad.

Hi,
Sorry you are going through this right now. I'm switching from lexapro to Zoloft because I was still having breakthrough panic attacks. But man it is rough. I didn't realize how much the lexapro was helping me. My anxiety is going through the roof and the panic attacks have not subsided. If this doesn't let up soon, I may have to go back to the lexapro. I'd rather have break through panic attacks once in a while than feel like this.

I know, I have so many appointments today to attend and I literally don't know how I'm going to cope.

I hear ya, I am sitting at work right now with just waves of anxiety flowing through me. I just need to cope. At least my boss is cool with the situation and let's me take "time outs" if I'm too out of control.

Hi DS,
I am sorry this is so difficult! ;( I wish you weren't feeling so bad...I know this must feel awful.
I am really glad that you are going int today!! I encourage you to let your P-doc know all that is going on...how you are feeling, and about
skipping your last two days of dosage...so he can suggest the proper adjustments for you.
A new plan is hopefully going to be established, and you will be on your way to feeling good again soon.
Let us know what you hear okay?
S.C.
p.s. sorry to hear about
your PC troubles.:( Can you call an I.T. specialist to have a look?
