I am sorry to hear that CBT was not successful for you.
Sometimes we are not able to receive the help and tools we need due to cirumstances that we are experiencing at the time of treamtent...
...also, your therapist may not have been a right fit for you, which can have a big impact on success...
...so I would encourage you to consider revisiting the idea of therapy again for the future...
...or trying some self help from our Resources...which can be very effective if practiced regularly!
