Dizziness is one of my most persistent and bothersome symptoms. :/
The brain fog does not bother me so much...because I can just ignore, or 'roll with it'...
...but the dizziness is a trigger for my health anxiety, because it makes me fear something of 'off' with me physically.
However, I use my positive mantra...reminding me that it is just my anxiety making me feel such thing gs...and that it will pass.
Breathing exercises are also really helpful!
