Is there a chance you are clenching your jaw? This can be part of anxiety...either by doing so unconsciously during the day...
...or even more commonly, in your sleep.
Do you have a dentist visit coming up anytime soon? He/she will be able to tell if you are dealing with teeth grinding (bruxism) or perhaps TMJ...
If you don't have appointment approaching, you may want to consider making one.
...and until then, try some upper body Progressive Muscle Relaxation, (let me know if you need an instuctive link) some massage of your jaw area...and gum chewing (sugarless!) for keeping you from clenching...at least while you're awake.;)
