I'm home from the hospital. They found a 30-40% blockage in the artery in the front of my heart. Doc didn't repair it, because he said it's actually safer not to repair a blockage of that size in that artery.
Evidently the heart sees a stent as a foreign object, and will try to cover it over, creating a larger blockage. We will monitor it, and repair it when it becomes necessary.
I will still have the symptoms, but doc says I can worry less now, because there's still a lot of room left for blood flow. I will try not to worry, but you all know when you have chest pains, and shortness of breath, you worry.
