Hi Folks

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I have had a busy week and a few actions moments but apart from that all good. I had a benefits review on Friday and was asked to provide a lot of evidence to back up my claim so feeling stressed about that as a lot of people here in the UK who are on disability benefit are getting their benefits stopped.

Hi Hibee,

My week has been very stressful as having sleep issues lately.
Paperwork......awwwww...that's lots of work so take it slow and you will get there.

Stopping disability ......why so that's not good .

Hi there - My week was stressful as I had a panic attack after not having one for a couple weeks... and Christmas is a hard time of year for me. I haven't decorated and begun shopping yet...

I hope everything works out with your benefits, Hibee. That is stressful.

Cilly, I'm sorry you're still having sleep problems. You're not alone there.
