Down in the dumps

Ive been trying my best to stay positive and its just been an emotional roller coaster. Ive been having negative thinking again and its been a while since ive had them. Im beginning to lose hope with myself and wonder where my life will go.. The lexapro has caused it to be very hard to meditate and rationalize, it almost feels as if something is blocking something in my brain to be able to think clearly. It really sucks becAuse it feels like ive lost that tool to help cope.. I need help guys..
