For me, talking...or especially writing things out helps me to discover, process and let out feelings I am not always even conscious of!
Journaling, Therapy Worksheets...and talking with us here are all great outlets...
...so check out the Resources for info on how to journal, and for the downloads for worksheets...
...and keep posting with us. :)
