Hello, sorry for the late reply...holiday time and all...
I would guess your issue is related to any muscle twitch or spasm...
....and yes, these can be caused or made worse by anxiety.
Have you tried self help coping skills.for stress management?
In our Resources at the top of the main forum page, you'll find great suggestions such as meditation and progressive muscle relaxation.
These could help with relief...and bring your anxiety levels down in general.
