I think triggers, whether they be food related or otherwise are very individual.
Therefore, finding what affects YOU, is a worthwhile goal. There are going to be some who say avoid this, or that...but everyone is different.
I can eat many things now at this point in my life...that used to be triggers...when my anxiety was at a peak.
Looking to manage the anxiety in every aspect, and with all the tools and techniques available is good...just try to avoid getting stuck in the rut of "I have anxiety because I am/or am not, eating this/that."
The exception being of course, a confirmed vitamin deficiency, or food intolerance.
This is just my opinion. ..two cents worth...and 'food for thought' (arh, arh!!)
