Sorry- one more Lexapro question

Around 4 am I was starting to drift back off to sleep and in my head I heard this little old lady ask "are you nauseous, sweetie?" and I PHYSICALLY NODDED MY HEAD! I had been up for a few hours at that point just tossing and turning in bed. I hope this wasn't a side effect.

As soon as I did that, I jolted up and was like, "don't nod your head! That voice was not real!"

I am not going crazy and this was most likely a dream, right? <nervous laughter>

I have extremely vivid dreams on lexapro, I sometimes wake up confused and not quite sure what's going on. Unfortunately, this side effect has never went away. I just deal with it.

Same. Very vivid dreams. Normal for lexapro, I think. You're not going crazy!
