Anxious about work.

I do not like or trust my boss. He is hard to understand and dumps work on me he doesn't want to do. I just don't trust him.

I am not very busy which just leads to more time to worry.

I am sorry you have a less than ideal supervisor. Know that you are not alone. ..and many people have similar issues.

Communicate your thoughts as to how you can best work together, so that he knows you are trying to do your job
to the best of your ability.

You are a good employee...and very conscientious. This will show through...and what counts when all is said and done.

Keep up the good work...

I had a supervisor at my last job that was the worst. I ended up transferring to a new position under someone I knew was a good "leader" not just a "boss" (there is a difference). Is there anyway you could possibly do that?

Also, try communicating with the person, is it possible they don't realize the amount of stress they are putting on you?
