Hi Cilly...happy new year to you!
Is this your GP or P-doc?
Was there a reason given for the recommended decrease?
Puzzling if he/she knows you are lot feeling your best.:/
I hope you can both get on board with a plan that makes you both comfortable!

Hi
Happy new year to you.
I would just talk things through with your doctor and explain why you feel you need an increase rather than a decrease.
