I'm not sure I quite understand 'breaking the cycle we must of negating fear', would you mind breaking it down?
One positive thing, this morning I had an adrenaline dump, where you just feel the rush of stress hormones dump through your whole body, and I was able to leave it at that, just a sensation without taking it further. I still have my 'big bad scary thoughts' ping ponging around my head, but I'm going to just let them be there until I'm over whatever respiratory bug I have. I've realized that when I'm not feeling well, it's easy to slip into negative thought patterns.
