Worried About Contagious Illness

Dad went to work with the guy that was sick, he said the guy is fine now but my anxiety just went through the roof as he walked in the door. I am not okay anymore. Why do I do this to myself? Why do I do this to my son? Now for 4 days I am gonna be a flipping crazy box.

I am kind of just numb now. Not too anxious but not relaxed either. This is new for me and to be honest, I like it. I feel that if anything goes wrong, who cares? Last year was a disaster and I am numb. That sounds strange. I don't even mind it. Maybe just maybe the anxiety is going away, maybe my body wont take anymore. I have no idea.i have been doing my journal and that has made me cry every time because I get it out. I put it down and close the book on it. I ate and my heartburn is gone, I am just numb now. Hmmm strange.
