Have you tried coloring or another mindful activity? Lately I've been using an anti-anxiety coloring book which has helped tremendously with symptoms. I usually do it after a long day at work.
Medications, although helpful, don't necessarily target 'specific' symptoms, they just help regulate overall. I would try either the coloring or any other meditation/mindful coping skills!
