This is such a subjective question, that it makes it hard to answer!
Everyone is going to have differing needs and experience in therapy, so the amount of time spent on recovery will vary.
However, you seem to have a good understanding about how your treatment t is going...and how it differs from when you started...so I would say to trust your instincts. :)
You can try managing things in your own with self help, and see how things go...
...with the contingency that you could return to your sessions again if need be.
However, I am betting you will do very well with all you have learned.:)
