I am sorry you are having a rough night. It sounds like you had a good start...but maybe just tried too much, too soon.
Getting up early, working out... then doing an 11 hr. work day would exhaust anyone...
...and exhaustion makes it really hard to manage anxiety/depression.
Have you had a chance to check out our Resources yet? If not, I really encourage you to do so. They could help you decompress (stress relieving exercises), and re-work some of the negative thoughts. (therapy worksheets)
Maybe tomorrow and in the days to follow, you can take a more slow and steady approach to your plan. I find baby steps help me not to become overwhelmed with the big picture.:)
