I am sorry to hear of your struggles when faced with alone time. This is not uncommon, and I am sure you will be hearing from others who are similarly challenged by this.
Monophobia is certainly within the anxiety spectrum...so doing all you can to lower your overall stress levels will help. We have some excellent self help material in our Resources at the top of the main forum page here. In addition, there are also links for relief of panic attacks specifically that you can look at...so, if faced with one, you will be prepared and equipped to disarm it!
If you find you need more assistance than what self help.can provide...therapy is a consideration. Learning the tools to stay calm and relaxed...even in the absence of your safe person is well worth the effort!
