WHY!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so today I had a better day however I felt soso in my car on the way home and even now Im having anxiety and on the brink of an attack. Im really trying hard to keep in all together. Well my thoughts is why. Why do I think Im dying and Im gonna die any minute even if I know its anxiety. I can't take a deep breath and I when I do its like….THANK GOD!!!! Im mixed with depressed weird feelings thats so bad I really can't explain it….its just so bad and I was feeling fine a year ago even a couple week ago and now its the worst its ever been. I have to get to the bottom for this. Im scared I won't and Im scared I have something wrong with me for real this time and I just can't relax. my breathing is really the issue is this normal or am I really dying this time? Thats what I say to myself then the next day Im here but then it happens again and Im thinking the same thoughts its like what the hell…its getting old I know what it is just can't control it ya know.

To sum up my rant tonight WHY……why is it that I do know its anxiety and still think its death but don't die and then feel the same way the next day. I coaching my way though this and saying its anxiety its anxiety calm down relax Frankie your ok your ok.

It's like living on a roller coaster with constant ups and downs but you need to remain positive and tell yourself you can get through it and double up on any coping skills you have.

Frank, we both know the problem, it's not easy to deal with, i'm 73 and i had a bad night last night some of the old
fear jumped on me and then i was on the wild, blind, horse, racing through the storm.

I had to remember, i might just die, but just in case i don't i can darn sure wait, my method is the Rosary but everyone has their own source of strength, find yours Frank and use it, Peace.
