just saying

hi. been busy, coupled with depression and anxiety. bugger. bro is just about sought out. good response at the mental health tribunal, he should be moving to an srs soon. supported accommodation. I do my gaming exclusion this week, mental health project, see the eye doc as well. am very tired, cleaned house today, slowly, but most is done. got the bank tomorrow, got to see about a new b/c has not come, lost it, I think in the machine, swallowed it I think. got things to p/up at the shops. I pushed for a walk today, dishes, clothes washing amongst cleaning up. my anxiety and depression is to do with feeling all at sea with my lady. the onus is for her to contact me. I feel like death, but you get that. early start. ttys. keep strong everyone.

Amazing job of getting it all done, in spite of not feeling your best now.

I don't think people realize what a herculean effort it is to do the necessary/daily things when dealing with A/D.
